Lake Retreat is a wonderful, detached cottage situated in a stunning location, on the shores of Lough Currane, half a mile from Waterville, County Kerry. With seven bedrooms, a master double with en-suite, three doubles with en-suites, another double and two family bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed, as well as a shower room, a bathroom and an additional basin and WC, this cottage can sleep twenty people. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a large fitted kitchen with central island breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area, as well as a dining room with piano and bar, and a sitting room with picture windows. Outside, there is off road parking for seven cars, and the large garden with furniture leads directly to Lough Currane. Framed by nature and its unrivalled beauty, Lake Retreat is a wonderful cottage, any time of year.

Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor, open fire in sitting area and electric fire in 1 family room. Range cooker with double electric oven & gas hobs, AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, radio, selection of books, games, DVDs & videos. Gas, oil & electricity charged via meter reading at end of stay, starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 7 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and stunning views over, and direct access to Lough Currane & Macgillycuddy Reeks. One well-behaved dog welcome (must be kept outside - secure kennel and run with drinking font available). Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property has direct access to Lough Currane, which is entered at own risk and children must be supervised. Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of ?200. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 20 people. Note: No stag/hen, or similar. |
